I've been with my girlfriend for about 4 months. I'm currently studying part time and working full time which keeps me in another state that's two flights and 12 hours away about 60% of the time.
I'm wanting to change careers into finance and currently work in mining.

The thing is my girlfriend works in finance and she doesn't support me in my career change and says my goals aren't realistic, i've wanted this career change since well before I met her.

Her lack of support in this really pisses me off and while I haven't cheated on her it's starting to push me towards other women as well as I'm losing the desire to have sex with her.

Any constructive advice on what I should would be greatly appreciated

Sit down with her and have a serious talk(although I suppose you've done this already). Explain to her that it's part of her obligations as your woman to stand behind you, trust and support you in everything positive you want to do(don't speak in this military style I used, but that should be the deeper meaning of your talk). Let her explain her concerns, why she is not doing the above. If she says something that make sense, take it into account(and let her know you did). But if it's only a character/ego problem and plain negativity, finish with her and try someone else. Life is too short to share it with negative people. Your johnson already agrees as you wrote.

THIS the bottom line is after you have the talk with her and she still doesn't support you and keeps bitching NEXT HER ASAP.

Your career choice is not about HER.

Dedicate yourself to the good you deserve and desire for yourself. Give yourself peace of mind. You deserve to be happy.
