Beem seeing a girl that Ive dated off and on for well over a year now. She is a horrible sleeper - tosses and turns, doesnt sleep for more than 4 or 5 hours in a night, etc.

I sleep like crap too when sleeping with her because her fidgeting, tossing, etc keeps me awake. Im not comfortable sleeping in her bed and vice versa so sleeping over rarely happens. When we were in a commited relationship we would still try but now that we are essentially FWB we don't try and dont have the expectation of sleeping over.

Well last night I was at her place and after sex we fell asleep. I woke up at about 3:30 and could not fall back asleep so I decided to get up and go home because I wanted to sleep on my own bed which is larger, more comfortable, etc.

When I left though, she was sound asleep and I did not want to wake her especially considering how little sleep she gets anyway. So i left without saying bye. Texted her this morn saying I had a great time and that I didnt want to wake her when I left.

Poor decision to not wake her before I left?

No it doesn't matter. What you did was fine. Consider putting two single mattresses together in a double bedframe. You won't feel each others tossing nearly as much.
