It sounds like your problem is LDR not LTR.
A girl saying I can't make a serious commitment, is really saying. "I need to screw more guys before I settle down." That is not your problem, so you can't fix it.
Start by banging girls that will remain closer, and at that age quit worrying about LTR.
It sounds like this one is done, so why the hell think about a relationship with a girl you haven't even met yet!
That's just backward thinking.
