I am dating some girl for one month now
and things is going great
the problem is that we see Each other every day and it start to be too much for me
how to talk with her about meeting less?

the second thing is that she get use that I pay for everything
how to make her pay for things to?

The first problem - just tell her that you have learned from past relationships, that if you dont have you're spaace once in a while, YOU lose attraction.
in a good way, and tell her you realy dont want it to happend with her cause you care for her, so if you can't meet her sometimes its for you both own good.

The second problem - just make her paying for small things at the beginning..
when you two are out, tell her "I'm going to the toilet, go get us some beer".
you can tel her "hey i want us to cook somthing together today, and i dont have X, buy some X and come at eight".
or tell her once in a while that you dont have change and tell her to give you some..

after a while she will get used to the idea that she is paying too, and start to pay for bigger things liike food and vacations
