When I had sex for the first time, my girl friend and I waited 2 months or a bit more before having sex. So for me this sounds not very unusual. Perhaps just try to talk with here about it. In the beginning of a relationship it is usuall best to talk about sex, in a situation where there is no oppertunity to have sex. Like talk when you are in the kitchen or when you are outside and go for a walk. Don't do it in the bedroom.
