I have something about me sexually that I'm not sure how and when to bring up to a girl. It's not a troll post. I'd really appreciate any advice.

I am 25 and had a to have a penile implant surgery. It's an implant that's inside, and it's basically pumped up to make my dick hard. You can image search penile implant on google and that's what it is. I had a clot that damaged my erection function and needed this surgery. I'm happy with the result and how it works. Although it does make somewhat of any annoying pump sound.

I had it done recently, and have fucked a couple of one night stands without mentioning it to them. They did not seem to notice anything was different. I have not yet mentioned it to a girl I'm interested in. Unsure what to say.

How do I bring this up to a girl I'm interested in dating, and at what point? The date before I think we will have sex, or sooner? Or maybe I should just go to a bar and bring it up randomly to ten chicks and see how they response to get over my uneasiness?

You already gave the answer yourself: chicks didn't seem to notice. So no point worrying. Mention it after 2 times sex or so. Or tell them if they ask a question. Absolutely NO POINT in envisioning doomsday scenarios where a bar full of 10 girls suddenly burst out laughing about your impediment. Dip your face in acid every time you even think this. I had not thought about mentioning it after sex. I was thinking the girl might be offended if I waited that long, like I was hiding something from her. That's an interesting idea.

With the ten girl thing, I meant just chatting with girls individually, getting on the topic of sex then bringing up the conversation somehow. I wan't envisioning embarrassing myself, more along the lines of practicing discussing it confidently and casually with a girl. Similar to the idea of approaching as many girls as possible to get over anxiety. It was a thought; in general I favor the above approach.

All that this made clear is that you overthought things.

Girls will want to fuck your dick for the novelty alone. I would bring it up jokingly as soon as possible and let the mayhem begin.
