At this point you have nothing to lose, right?

You're a free man. Just start playing the game again. It's just like riding a bike. You landed one woman at least, you know that because you just recently broke up. Just get back in the game and land another one.

Or just fuck a bunch of them until you don't care that you broke up. :)
