Don't think there is much chance of a miraculous turnaround in a short space of time. Let her go, work on yourself and go no contact for a while and hope she comes back. Personally I would find it nigh on impossible to overcome problems like this if I was living with the girl.

This seems like she is still interested and wants you to put in the effort that you did when you first meet her. She wouldnt be still be flirting with you if it was totally over.
