i think you show her to much interest and now she knows you still want her, so she can play with you however she wants.

if you really want her back, you should take a break for yourself and her, if she calls you don't tell her that you were a nice couple and all of this bullshit, just let her find out on her own.
I recommend you to go out and have fun and after some time when you will sort things out with yourself, you can call her, and invite her to a drink.

I was in a similar situation, I flirted with other girls in front of her and practically ignored her. But she still didn't get back to me. She just tells me you're so sweet.
Guess I have to move on.

You can't push her away TOO hard or she'll give up. Create jealousy, ignore her, and then right when you can tell she's almost had enough, throw her a bone and flirt with her a bit, then back off again. Make her wonder what the fuck you're doing and why you keep doing this to her.
