Depending on the type of relationship you have ( stay in or go out relationship ) I would suggest doing something new fun and exciting.
Stay in
Meal at home ( picnic/sushi and so on )
Go out
Dinner and go karting / putt-putt
Chicks remember all their firsts, make it unique and make it yours

What is your relationship dynamic? If things are 50/50 (you both pay for things ect....) than yes surprise her, take her out to do something fun, perhaps take her to the place you both met.
