Me and my ex were together for two years. Everything was fine, until she went away to school. After that we were done, and things were never the same. For about a year, we've been off and on. But until a few months ago, we've barely had any contact. I still think about her often, but doing that, only makes me more bitter and pissed. I'm currently at a Community College, and the honeys there, seem few and far betwren. I feel like I'm trying to fill a void somewhere. I'll go the club with friends, but it seems. like she is in the back of my head; or I'm doing something she doesn't know. I don't look at her Fb page, and everything we've ever had, is in a box somewhere down in my basement. When I see her info pop up on my news feed, or anything, I get that odd knot in my stomach. I'm looking to get past this. She doesn't deserve my time, after everything she did. But when you love someone unconditionally, It's tough..I know she still looks at my stuff on Facebook, so what should I do to make her realize she messed up? I'm new to the wholr Pua stuff.

I know this man. Was the same with my ex. She went to other town, boom, relationship screwed. It didn't take me long or tough to recover altough. Especially because I didn't have to see her all the time. Just try to live your life. 2 years, not a short time, altough still not too long, you will be over this if you don't do anything stupid(like calling her... or idk...people do lots of stupid stuff after break-up)

If you break up with somebody, you should do it 100%.

First of all CANCEL her from facebook. Facebook and break ups, it's a deadly combination. Really, you don't want to know anymore what she is up to, since it will just reminds you of the old times and hence hurt you badly. Remove her.

Don't have contact anymore. Nothing! No messages, no calls, no chat, nothing.

If you want to get over, you'll have to forget her. How can you forget something? By completely ignoring it and get on with your life.

Forget and get busy.

sounds to me like the relationships fully run its course mate, maybe thats what youv gotta start admitting to yourself ...... remove her from your FB!!!!
