you never ask for a kiss its always awkward you let it happen, no tech just wait until she gives you the opportunity when she lok at you like she wants to kiss you just go in for it slowly but never all the way.

Build a bit of sexual tension dude. That's the best way. Start talking to her like she's trying to get with you. The art of seduction is making the HB seduce you. Make her qualify herself (not in a mean way, just playful).

You might get a bit of advice that differs, but I wouldn't go for a kiss yet either. Maybe one time you're really close, hugging goodbye or playfighting on a beach/field/bed store, and just look at her eyes, then her lips, then back and then pull away. Show that you're hard to get (even if she thinks she doesn't want you in that way) and all of a sudden you'll become the target. DON'T TAKE WHAT I JUST SAID AND RELY ON THAT! Use it as a guide, not a playbook.
