so i have been with this girl 3 weeks now but still nothing sexual i dont know weather she is ready, i would lead but i dont want her to feel uncomfortable as i dont know if she ready for anything like that is there anyway to test her?

What do your conversations consist of...everyday fluff or are they sexually charged? 3 Weeks, there should have been some sexual things said, at least minimal that you should have instigated. From there, you can move into a more sexual conversation. Now, if you mention something and she get's all weirded out, then change the subject and try again later. If you don't keep trying, you'll end up friends or she'll walk away as you probably weren't man enough to make the first move...and that would suck knowing you tried to play it safe to find out, she's been waiting for you...Damn, I've been there!

Also, I'm going to assume that you have kissed her already...if so...why not mention what or how she makes you feel...the look in her eyes, her scent, the way she is dressed...Yeah, it's sounds cheesy but if done right, can have a very sexual effect. Im sure you have some techniques of your own right, have you tried to employ any of them?

If you don't take the risk, you won't get that reward!
