I went for a long walk today and i had a rethink about my self and my girlfriend.
I was thinking about love and wondering if i felt it for her what is love is it real or is it some bullshit that someone decided to call a certan feeling. At the moment I feel like I don’t love her but still can’t keep myself from wanting to be with her or speak to her or get jelouse I have some seriouse inner issues I need to deal with but... I have no idea how to conquer them yet. Anyway I seem to get jelouse more and more each day accusing her of silly things but i never mention these to her because i know she hasn’t deep down. And when i drink I let these emotions out and we argue so she decided not to drink with me anymore i don’t hit her or anything like that I would never hit a woman but sometimes i say some mean stuff and she doesn’t deserve it. But saying i don’t think I love her yet I would do anything for her, and I’m soo happy in her presence yet I still don’t have the feelings like I did when i was going out with my ex i know terrible thing to say but if i can’t admitte it here where can I. I guess what I’m trying to say is I have allot of stuff in my head that needs allot of work Inner issues and I need to get rid of them so I can be happy because at the moment all I’m doing is speaking to my girlfriend and not sorting my life out.

I do think it is a case of one-itis but I had that for her before we went out got in the friend zone and I took some advice froze her out for a couple of weeks then she started getting pissed I was talking to her and we started seeing each other after I got over my one-itis yet saying it still doesn't help me. I'm not sure how to get over it when I'm actually in a relationship with her I can;t exactly freeze her out now can I?
I've been told to try Meditation to clear my head is there any other ways to help my Inner issues?

Before you ask whether you love the girl or not, you should deal with your issues because even if you come to the conclusion that you do love her, those issues will be what destroy your relationship. You mentioned having them on here so you might as well go into detail and see if anyone on here can help you out.

With my first gf, i was always thinking i wasnt good enough for her which was a poor attitude to have because it lead to negative feelings like jealousy and inadequacy which ultimately lead to the decline of the relationship. After some reflection i realised that if i wasnt good enough, then she wouldnt have chosen to be with me in the first place. Removing this negativity from the picture greatly improved future relationships.
