Had a first arguement with my girl the other day and she got really upset about it, she had big problems with her ex and it took her a while to get over it and she was getting over it when she was going out with me now being about six months and i'm really crazy about this girl like i have never been.

After this arguement shes gone a bit scared now and i wanna make things right, any of you guys got a suggestion to prove that i'm not like the guy she saw that day because that really was a one off (bad day).

Anything to prove that she really means something to me?

In general give her, her space man, don't get all clingy, if what you did was so bad, just apologize and look past it.

I just confronted her being rude and while both being drunk it got a bit out of hand and she started saying this reminds her of her ex who made her feel like shit and made her not want to get with anyone else for the reason of getting hurt, she says she wants to see me still and doesn't want space.

I've written a poem and i dont know whether i should read it out at dinner tonight or leave it in her room when i leave.

Any recommendations?

why don't you take a minute and explain the situation that happened that night. what she did that upset you. and how you responded.

i think you are on the road to AFC defeat if you take your woman out to dinner and read her a poem, especially if she was being rude.

lol she wasn't even being that rude, i was having a real bad day and i just seemed to take it out on her. I feel my AFC side coming back cos i actually have real big feelings for this girl , i don't nothing to happen between us which i have never ever felt with any other girl.

The more I think about every other subsection of this forum, the less I agree with this conclusion. Then again, I stick my nose out here a lot more than I do in the Lounge or the Newbie threads, so I'm more familiar with the dynamics here. Anyway... Do you see abundant progress in other sections of the forum that is lacking here?
