I just want to get this straight - you haven't kissed her yet?
And we're not sure who she went to dinner with?

I'm hate to echo other people but I want to give some advice but I think the situation is too vague. I'm interested to find out if you've gotten stuck in the 'friendship zone' if you've spent a lot of time with this girl and haven't even kissed yet.

I've gotten silence from a girl and it is disconcerting. It may or may not have anything to do with you. you have to maintain your composure, be the man, maintain your frame, and fight through it. Take a minute and think about how you can lighten the situation and break down the barrier again.
