My advice on this is that you need to be indifferent to the situation. She's obviously into you but you could be coming across as a bit needy. She may have all kinds of reasons for not wanting a relationship, but you need to play it cool and be the kind of dude that lives for the moment, rather than trying to make her your gf. be patient. drop a few hints that your happy just to be with her when you are and she might come around.

that's my advice, which may or may not be worth more than 2 cents
