Hey I used to feel the same about a girl I was seeing. And I know how you feel when she contacts you and when she doesn't. It can be an non-stop roller coaster ride of emotions!
What has helped me with this is asking myself the following questions:
- * Why do I want this girl to like me and think about me all the time? Am I being fair? Would I be OK if a girl expected the same from me?
* What if she really doesn't like me? Will that stop me from living my life on my own terms, pursuing my dreams, and being happy?
* What if she really likes me and showers me with all her love? Will that really ensure happiness for the rest of my life?
* What if I would have never met her? Would I be feeling this way then?
