I met this girl through my mate, she seemed shy but I'm pretty confident and friendly these days so I made her laugh all the times we happened to be hanging around my mate at the same time.
AAAANYWAY, despite the fact that she's awkward in showing affection and that we probably didn't have anything in common, I got the feeling she liked me; BAAARE (many, for those not from the UK) IOI's. So a few of nights ago we kissed and we ended up going back to hers, and essentially we decided in our semi-inebriated stupor that we'd start going out.
NOW, I know it's only been, like, 3 days, but the problem stems from the thought that...well, did I enter this relationship just because she fancied me?
Was I so hypnotised by the idea that I had a chance that all logic went out the window?
I figure I'm gonna leave it a week or two, try and get her to open up a bit and see if this relationship is worth it.
What do you guys think? I always value your input.

It sounds to me that you are not even sure if you like her all that much or not. Sit her down and tell her that you were a little bit drunk the other night, that you like her and want to keep seeing her, but you need to get to know her a little bit better before you can make a commitment. There's a billion girls out there, so only make a commitment if you're truly into her.
BTW, she's probably thinking the same thing, so make sure to tell her before she tells you (ie, make the move so its clear that you're the one in control).
