Hey buddy i've been in pretty much the same position for a while now but i'm just going for a typical cinema trip.

The last few days we've been having quiet nights in watching movies and to be perfectly honest it's been great!

It's valentine's day so i'm sure whattever you choose to do, your girl is going to be happy to just spend time with you. It's not how much money you spend, it's how you make her feel on the night

Being broke can be a blessing in disguise. I assume you got a backpack? A blanket? Dude you got a portable restruant right there. Now scout out some cool places for a picnic. They can be found in every city. Rooftop with a good view. Under a bridge looking at the bay. A nice spot in the woods. Whatever. Parks are the most under-utilized asset in any city.

When you're ready, round up your lady and bring some french bread. Some good ham and cheese. Wine/cokes/water. Some strawberrys are a great idea.

I've found that women really dig that. Doesn't matter what your income level is. It's always a great idea.
