I have a problem which I'm not 100% sure what the source is..but I've noticed I do 3 things in social situations where i don't automatically feel dominant in.. 1. Become very unfocused 2. I become emotionally disconnected & don't flow with the vibe 3. I can unintentionally seek approval indirectly..however I feel no anxiety unless its caused by one of the 3.. its like I just lock up.. as for background info, I come from a little more alpha end of the spectrum..I'm not new to game either but this problem will not goaway no matter how hard I try.. I'm new to nlp however.. so I'm not really sure if anyone can help.. but I'm open to anything at this point.
