Just recently I found out about existence of NLP, and got really interested, so I jumped right in. So far, I've read a very introductory book and working on a second one that goes more in depth. I have also went through The Big Book of techniques and watched lots of hours of videos and audio books. I am still a newbie and I need some help.

I have a problem. I get attached to ladies too fast, before they get attached to me. And sometimes I go overboard and get obsessed. Everything is fine when I'm with women, but when they are not there I tend to over analyze the times we spent and the words they said. Especially when I don't hear from them for a couple of days.

The outcome I want is just to not care so much and move on with daily stuff like school, work, friends, meeting other girls, etc. Just to take things less serious and just enjoy the situation, be easy going about stuff like this and move on faster.

I'm not sure what technique to approach this problem? Could it be anchoring, swish or what? Can you please help me approach this...

You can anchor the party / care-free state and then fire off the anchor when you need it.
For me I like to do this with music. Some songs can be good anchors.

Also, try to have stuff going on your life so the chick is not your only source of excitement.
