Hi a_girl_
You sound worried, but I don't think that you need to be. NLP flirting doesn't really work like that. It's not going to turn you into some kind of zombie!
There are two sides to it:
1. Yes, it is used to relax the woman and try and direct her thoughts in certain ways. However, it's not like the guy is actually driving the thoughts, just tempting them in a certain direction.
2. It gives a guy confidence! Because he realises he doesn't have to rely completely on his looks to push a girl's buttons, the guy get's more confident and a more confident guy is a more attractive guy.
It's perfectly possible that this guy may have stuck in your head anyway because he was more confident/more interesting than other guys.

Other techniques like the physical anchors are just designed to associate the guy with a pleasurable experience, but I can't really see this lasting much beyond once the guy has left.

Most guys don't use NLP properly anyway, and I think that unless someone is really really good at it, they'd come across as slightly odd anyway. What makes you so sure that NLP was used and what have you been left with?

I will tell you what happened and then you'll tell me what is going on.

It was on the internet.

So he used couple of other models to attract my attention and make me trust him. And then he changed the way I was perceiving goals in my life. We went through an NLP exercise about my goals and made me be competitive and chase them. It changed me a lot as a person after this. He then made himself look as a prize and it was not difficult for him because he was a performer. He then asked me to do another NLP exercise that would be fun and made me visualise the first date. During that exercise he suggested that I watch one of his videos on youtube that he was there. And he used it in that exercise.

P.S. Sorry if my english is not good. :(

I recommend that you meet someone else who knows how to use NLP and hypnosis and ask them to help you shrink an image you visualize of him into an insignificant dot that eventually just disappears. Be sure to anchor all negative effects he has had on your life to that image of him that you visualize shrinking away.
