I've been keeping this one to myself for a while. I don't know if NLP/SS tutors teach this for game but I certainly haven't seen it around, and if it is, it certainly is not in the mainstream.
The reason I've been keeping it to myself, is that it's really clever (I think!) & really effective.
But, enough of the spiel, let's get to the business.
One situation where you could use this
I first read about this in an early Grinder book. It might not have been a book, I can't quite remember.
You are on a night out. You notice a group set not too far away from you, and today you're feeling good now so you approach them right away.
Now, there's one guy who is clearly the leader. Or perhaps it's a girl. I'll tell you what, let's say it's a three set of hot girls, but one is clearly the dominant one. They listen to everything she says. She does the girl coding. But she's going to be a tough one to crack. What's the best way to control the group?
The technique
In this situation, I would ask the leader an easy, open question. Something like "Can you describe your favourite holiday destination?" Really neutral stuff. All you want her to do, is talk for a while.
You listen to the way she speaks very carefully.
Now here's the bomb.
You then turn to the group, and start talking to them
using exactly the same voice patterns, tonality, inflections and stresses as the leader.
They will seriously respond to you as if you have so much power over them. As if you've known them for much longer than you do. You have basically taken all the power that the lead girl has, and used that very same weaponry on the rest of the set. Not bad, huh?
You can't begin to imagine all the situations this can be used
At work? With friends? For amogging? There doesn't have to be a 'dominant' one or leader. You could just talk in the same way girls talk to each other.
I have seen videos of some so called 'mPUA's' do this naturally (it's clearly developed over a number of years). I don't think they know what they're doing exactly but I bet you they know that it fucking works. You know when you see a really good pickup artist speak in a kind of girly or gay way? That often has the same effect.
If you boil this right down, it's similar to basic rapport where you are matching their voice patterns.
But it's far more than that. This is an ideal way to gain rapport, comfort, trust and for me, what is one of the most important things - compliance.
Once you have compliance...which is similar in principle to attraction...you have an easy base from which you can build massive seduction.
Put practically - once you control a group, the rest is easy. Think where you can use this in your daily life too. Have fun and happy sarging!
