Is there something I'm doing not right?
I compressed the WAV files into ACC for the iPod, But i don't think that has anything to do with it, does it? The closest thing i feel to falling into the trance is yawning or loosing feeling in my arms sometimes. Iono, someone help please? Thanks in advance. _________________ I'll rise to the top yet. I've listened to the Sphinx maybe 3-4 times and I have a hard time staying awake. I mean I'm always falling asleep, not into a trance. Should I or shouldn't I?
Another thing, what experiences has everyone had listening to this? Have you changed, transformed? How? I'm particularly interested in non-english speaking guys' experiences.

The one line that still runs through my mind is when the the voice says "YOU.....feel good........inside". It is a really good, but it is long, and it is very relaxing. I wouldn't use it right as you are going to bed, because it will relax you and put you to sleep, and if you finish it it might make you feel more awake. It is a hard product to use though because it require like a whole hour of your day.
You're not suppose to fall asleep, you are suppose to be awake but in trance (a highly susceptible state). From what I gather the whole story is simply a way to relax you to a point where you are completely relaxed and open to suggestion on a subconscious level. Then they give you a few suggestions like the aforementioned "you feel good inside" comment, and then lead you back out of trance. I think the reason why this is so long is because they want to ensure that you really are in trance and your mind is open, not just that you are half relaxed and just pretending. From what I understand from hypnosis, you must on some level be actively participating in the process, so I doubt if you would get the effect if you were asleep during the program.
