I know there are some avid NLPers lurking around here...

Any recommendations for some NLP exercises to help with motivation and/or time management? This is only tangentially PU related in case that wasn't obvious.

Cold reading helps big time...... Theres a shitload of PUA tactics that involve NLP. NLP eye reading, Framing, Frame Destruction, The Gate, ......

I'm going to be blunt thought, some of these techniques are really advanced. And they hold alot of power. I don't personally use or The Gate. If I do, its a scared back version I developed personally so it doesn't cause the woman detrimental damage.

I appreciate the response, but I'm actually not looking for NLP techniques for PU (amazing though that might sound!) but to help myself with motivation and to make me a more efficient manager of my time.
