what are your favorite anchors?

I just got into NLP, and am still learning about it, I just learned left eye to left eye, match the person's posture, breathing and tone of voice, and anchoring. What are your favorite anchors to use? Mine is putting your hand to your chest. Like, "I was watching television, and there was this guy, that knew what to say, he had women on each shoulder, a good house, and everyone loved him, he was just perfect ( hand to chest)."

Touching or Kinesthetic anchors work the best because they aren't so common. Think of how many times someone crosses the arm on their chest. Each time they are diluting your anchor.

that's true, however you anchor yourself to qualities in my example so that they associate you with that certain quality. Like smart, handsome, perfect. Anchoring emotions or states using kino is a great though!
