During Bandlers Charisma Enhancement Seminar he talks about the need to see yourself and the situation as it really is. He says you need to pull yourself out of your head and just be aware of yourself and surroundings. He talks about seeing the conversation as a third person. He focuses on about eleven things you should be doing to get your message across. Including keeping rythm, open loops and stance.

Since this seminar is on public speaking. I am curious if anyone out their sees the conversation in third person as it's going on during pickup. Like an out of body experience. I have been working on this and can say that it eliminates fear and should give me much better feedback. This seems to have links to his phobia cure.

Another thing he talks about that I find very useful is a machine in your head that generates text from pictures. So you see pictures in your head and turn the machine on and you can let your subconcious take over generating the words. This allows you to focus on other forms of communication.

I remember the first time I ran quite a long pattern on a girl and it's true what they say when you experience it yourself, I found it pretty overwhelming and my hands started shaking.

I still worry about it happening again to this day
