A girlfriend mentions reading a bit about meditation etc. for stress/pain relief.

This strikes me as a fun chance to start practicing NLP and patterns, as a relaxation exercise for her and as foreplay. (She already does whatever I want sexually). So I'd be curious to know of a good pattern

- For a beginner who hasn't really done them before (closest is recording mp3s describing how I want her to masturbate and what to fantasize about, sent attached to emails where I tell her when and where to 'use' them).

- For use solidifying / increasing attraction in an existing relationship, and-or as foreplay for sex after

I am not planning to talk about PUAing, NLP, etc. If I do this with her, should I say in advance "I'm going to relax you with this exercise..." or just "do it" without indicating that I am "doing something".

I've never used a pattern on any girl, closest thing would be telling them what to do over the phone/mp3s in a hypnotic-y voice (using some phrases from the patterns at fastseduction.com/guide/ but not a full pattern).

So basically my question is "to begin practicing patterns, what's a good first pattern to use (and this happens to be a girl I've already f'ed dozens of times)"

I am not going to tell her about PUAing/NLPing specifically but I could present it as a general meditation/hypnotism/relaxation exercise, or I could just do it w/o telling her I'm 'doing something', and am also asking which way to go there.
