guys do you know which self hypnosis audio track is the best? ive got a few and i was wondering which one i should listen to over the suggested 21 day period.

it depends really what you want to use it for, for confidence try paul mckenna's instant confidence

there are plenty of them out there i dont really recommend glenn harrold though the reason being he is a more classical direct hypnotist and doesnt use nlp techniques

there are a few pua inner game tracks, ross jeffries has 1 and pua training has 1 as well

Approaching confidence bye PUA training is pretty good. Id already used alot of stuff before and this one got results really fast. It also helps you model other people.

hmm yeh that one seemed to work well but i always thought it was just me and how i was feeling that day... I should try it out :P

Try Sphinx of the Imagination by Hypnotica, I have found it so useful for inner-game.

ima try conversational hypnosis see how that ups my game and PUA hypnosis for 90%inner game rlly was crazy i used to have mutterflies and sumtimes shakky but now i dont feel anything and love to talk to any1 mix it with sphinx but i think i wanna try a sence of humor 1 so i can make woman laugh more any1 know a good 1?

Learn hypnosis and record your own hypnosis track. Apparently your subconscious mind responds best to your own voice.

I haven't tried this myself, though, since I never actually got THAT deep into NLP/hypnosis.

Good tip.
If you learn some DJ stuff or some sound mixing programs you can put background music in your recordings to make it more awesome. 8)

Paul McKenna does one. I have used other hypnosis session by this guy. They were ok.- I Haven't tried the confidence one.

Hypnotica - Great sound track. He talks in stories and confusional phrases.

PUA Hypnosis does one - Great for overall confidence with women.

PUA Hypnosis is the same as The Guy Girls Love, so when you get one of them, don't get the other.

I found the audio Complete Mind Therapy track by Jonathan Royle especially good for confidence boosting, search on ebay and you'll find it cheap

Just listened to Approaching Confidence... wow...
This is the first time that a hypnosis recording actually worked on me. Completely caught me off guard, I can't even remember anything now, just remember him counting down to 1 and telling me to wake up, and now I feel different.
