Posts: 6 | | This thread is not about if NLP works. Given the success of many individuals who have applied its principles, its obviously the real deal. SO i recently ordered the book Intro to NLP on Amazon. It should come in the mail in the next week or so.
My question is what can I expect to gain from reading the book. I know my game will improve, but I want to know how. For those who have experienced a change in their game as a result of doing NLP, I would love to hear some real life examples.

Location: Worcester | | Intro to NLP will give you the basic principles of NLP. If you follow the techniques, you can become action oriented, willing to take steps where you used to freeze up. You're not going to learn a lot of language patterns, just some basic understandings of presuppositions and the such. The book is a good primer to open your mind to how you can begin to program your mind.
