creating an anchor with NLP

I'm trying to get the hang of NLP... does this sentence embed an anchor? So whenever I squeeze the tip of my targets thumb, she cant help but be able to give me a hug?

Anchors are done covertly to other people as they work on an unconscious level. Telling the girl what you're doing will identify them at a conscious level so prevent them being accepted due to the minds critical factor.

Anchor in a different modality to the targets main modality, If she's visual or auditory then a kino anchor will work well but if she is a kino girl then stick to auditory as they're easier to transmit for obvious reasons.
