Hi, not to bring up the past here but i'm having trouble getting over a break up and i want help [Long version here : pua-short-comings-would-like-your-opini ... highlight= ]

I think i've been anchored to this girl, there is alot of things that remind me very vividly of her and i want to unanchor myself to help me move on.

Does anyone know how i can go about and do this myself? I don't want to have to avoid people and places over this chick

It's incredibly easy. Now then, I'll give you some basic techniques, and then I'll give you the eliminator, because I don't know how much you want the girl out of your life. If you do the eliminator, you'll have no interest in her, and pity the poor fool that she ends up with, you do the other ones, you'll get over any awkward feelings but she may still be on your mind. I'm a fan of the eliminator, it's simple and it's easy, and I think people should make clean breaks from former romances.

The first basic technique is to get out of your head, stand up straight, look at a wall, and create a scale, 10 to 1 in your mind on the wall, 10 being how hung up you are (how depressed you are) without her, and 1 being happy, then, just move your emotions down to your stomach, and down to your feet. This is a basic visualization technique that you can do by yourself.

The next technique is to think of life without her, really focus on your life without her, give it a rating of 1 to 10, and then use TFT, thought field therapy, and tap away the discomfort until it gets more and more manegable. The areas to tap, above the eyebrow, on the right shoulder, on the right hip, on the area where your hand would karate chop, on the pulse, ando n the back of your hand in the center. Keep tapping, a few taps on each place, and keep repeating until the numbers get lower and lower.

The ultimate technique that can be very helpful and end any connection. How To Mend A Broken Heart Pattern. Close your eyes and see yourself in a movie theater, sitting in front of a large screen, watching a version of yourself in black and white. Now, imagine yourself floating out of your body, into the projection booth, where you're secure from all emotion, so you can watch yourself watch the movie. Then, just watch the whole movie of your relationship, the younger you, from the first hello to the last goodbye, all the good, the bad, and the ugly that came in between, till it comes to an end. Now go back to your body, and watch the whole video backwards, just backing up, faster and faster, in technicolor, let the images pop, and pick out some really bad experiences, some of the worst in the relationship. Specific ones, Disagreement, when she looked absolutely ugly, when she was a total bitch, and when she completely pissed you off. Now take those experience, and focus on them, in technicolor, just watch them, over and over, playing them forwards and backwards, going fast and faster until they go into a blur, a color, and a specific feeling, then imagine the picture of that person on the screen, merging with that color, until you have no feelings for that person whatsoever.
