Anchoring negative feelings to someone ealse?

Does anybody have a pattern of some sort to anchor negative feelings to somebody ealse, so when ever they would see that person do or say sumthing it would trigger the negative feelings which would make the girl less likely to want to be around that person?

Dark sh*t man. Why don't you just focus on anchoring positive feelings to you so people would want to hang around with you more instead of trying to put others down?
