I want to know some patterns to try on this girl I know tonight. I don't want it to seem too long winded though, does anyone know some easy patterns I could use?

Also wondering how to anchor a girl without her realizing that you keep squeezing her everytime she laughs for example?

Hey there. Some EXCELLENT ways to get into impromptu patterns that are very easy is to use a set up phrase, or "weasel phrase". Some really good ones in my opinion are: "have you ever x?" "What's it like when you x?" "If you were to x..." Where x= a situation that you know by describing it, the girl will have certain feelings or a certain state.

For example if you want the girl to be fascinated by you, you could say, "Have you ever been really fascinated by someone? Like maybe as you were looking at this person (subtly point at yourself) and listening to their voice, you just automatically found yourself feeling completely drawn in." etc.

As for anchoring, there are many ways to anchor, besides touch. You can lift your eyebrows everytime she laughs. You can say a certain word like "Cool" in a certain tone and then later when you say that word and tone she will go back into that state.
