I have read some patterns and them all use poiniting to yourself as an anchor. But how exactly do I have to do this? It have to be exagerated or subtle?
Does she have to see it or it's unconscious?

RJ actually does point at himself sometimes, but it seems like he usually disquies it with a shoulder shrug and an elongated arm movement.

I personally gently touch my fingers against my heart, frame my face with my hands, or touch a finger tip on my cheek or front of my chin.
