Hello. This is my first post. Let me know what you guys think of this conversation with a couple hidden messages. Im new to NLP and still learning a lot. Any advice on techniques or books and the following conversation would be much appreciated. Key words are marked here but were not sent to her that way.

This was like when me n u used to sit next to management- on that stupid outdoor table- well u know how we used to just talk- at first he said "you're flirting" weeks later he used to ask me if I had your number-
... remember that one time where u n I weren't talking? Well he thought we were mad at eachother cause we flirted with other ppl n u n I were jealous- --- you know he made up all that story in his head cause he was talking to ______? (He was messing around with another coworker behind her back) Soooo I had to hear it all the time!

Apparently ______told _____- "the ppl who you claim they aren't your friends in actuality they are not and they are playing you" he thought she was talking about you.

He's crazy- he's so paranoid now that it's just NOT working out.

But til this day, he thinks we had sex..

Me: Hmm.. well either way U didnt Fu*k Me,so its GOOD.. i hear what ur saying and I kno ur hurt HARD an that's my homie. I just can't come to an understanding why he would think that.

If he really does feel that way an I'm not saying he does, he is still a good friend of mine, an not that I'm picking sides I'm just no home wrecker.

sure U & I talked but not enough to make it looked like we Fu*k each other. And I already knew U were jealous and that's why U didn't Talk to Me ;-P lol

Tell me I'm wrong but U always though U were the shit. lol Want to know somethin tho.. It never had anything to do with me. Forever there's gonna be some drama I'm brought in to. THANKS. lol. jk.

I kno U Want it just as much as Me but drama free lifes don't exist and if he does bring it up he could talk to Me about it.

this book has helped take my game to the next level, I'm 200 pages in the book in three weeks and Its already helped a ton!

I just finished reading that same book a couple weeks ago and I have to say it is a great book when really getting into the later chapters exercises. I skipped the 21 day program. That book could really change lives if some of those were repeated on a regular basis. I guess that where learning anchoring would come in handy. I'm currently reading sleight of mouth and am learning a lot on frames, and beliefs. Also how to evaluate them and change them to a more positive state using sleight of mouth patterns.
