does you anchor wear off in time if you only fire it when you're in nervous, etc?
Anybody with experience in this please let me know

when you feel bad, mostly there are no extreme bad feeling points/spikes, the feeling is more like a flow, and for that its very hard to even set an anchor for the bad feeling without a nice feeling already anchored... unless you repeat anchoring that bad feeling.
and ofc your 'good feeling' anchor has to be stronger then the negative feeling at that time
