for
-blushing( I get all red really easy for stupid things)
-It takes me forever to relax with a certain person.(males and females)
-I think TOO fukin much before I say something.
-If I'm in group of people, I will never say anything( especially if if I don't know them)
I went through all the five pages and didn't find anything specific for this.Suggest me something for atleast one from obove.

I suggest reading up on self affirmations. I think that will help you become more confident in yourself and once you have that everything else just falls into place.
