This is a real grounding video for PUA's out there. Alex Allman walks a narrow line between dismissing and accepting pickup, but in the end he reestablishes it with new techniques and goal. He really puts PUA into perspective.

I'll admit, at first I didn't want to hear what he was saying, I was disappointed this wasn't another one of those 1-2-3 pick guides. But in the end I think this is a great video.


One of the key points he talks about is his definition of a "total 10" (in Part4). It's different for everyone, and it's not just physical - she's the woman that brings out the best you. He then continues by showing where confidence and authenticity fits in. Enjoy!
