I am new to this community, so don't stone me to death if that was a topic already...

In that video you can see the british Illusionist Derren Brown picking up 3 models (HB9-10). I would like to know how he's doing it.
What are the techniques?
At which points is he using NLP?
Why was his ESP so accurate?
...and...
How can I use it? / How can I learn it?
