During "Knowing he's a PUA" in mystery method video collection, mystery tells the girl who knows that he is a pickup artist,"You've already pigeonholed me something like that, you pigeonhole me in certain way, based on what you've been told."

What does it mean? Is it a neg?

I think what Mystery is saying is "I know that you know (that I am a PUA)" and you don't have to behave in a special way around me... he is neutralising their objections before they even happen... if he were to contradict them, he would appear weak and apologetic, with his response he is owning the "being a PUA" thing...
