She's no guru, but this PHD in social psychology has a lot of wisdom on body language. GREAT TED talk and translates very well to pickup.

Like you put it: awesome.

I find I can relate to what she`s saying and I can hear her emotions in her voice. That`s some speech.

Also I`m a fan of the theory that if you try it your brain will start to believe it. Act happier and see yourself become happier.

She has one point: Fake it till you become it.
