I keep watching the hodge twins on youtube for some entertaining bodybuilding advice and the intro is the same in all of their videos. I just want everyone to notice how easy it is to determine who the alpha and who the beta is. The twin on the right always pushes the one on the left, takes up more space and takes charge. He there fore has a stronger aura and presence. You immediately feel it in the beginning. It's great that they are twins cause it makes it so much easier to witness the impact of body language and assertiveness.
Now I'm sure they are close brothers and have fun a lot but I also wanted to state that I see this all the time in social groups. There may be someone who acts that way, slightly puts others down and gets away with it under the premise of a joke. If it happens to you then you should not let it continue. It may seem harmless but it can actually be demorilizing. It's such an easy way to break down your character little by little that by the time you notice it becomes hard to peddle back into an alpha and you will soon find yourself being a beta and a follower of the group.
If a girl witnesses this, she will lose attraction to you and go for the person who is amoging everyone and demonstrating higher value. Some of you may even have older brothers that treat you this way and you have let it go on for years. Now whenever you are around them, even if you have build your identity elsewhere, you may find it hard to break out of your weaker beta role around them. That comes from the psychological damage throughout the years that is very subtle unless you have a high level of awareness.
I see this so much that I hope a light bulb might turn on for people wondering why they are so sensitive or introvert. This type of behaviour and disrespect can come from parents, siblings, cousins and friends. If it goes on for long and you don't realize it, you may end up being another pussy who gets whipped by a girl which I'm sure many of you has witnessed. It's not always the main cause, but it often plays a big role to morphing your character.
