Hey chaps, sorry about this, I remember seeing a video on a post here once and I can't find it again

In the video it was a guy talking through a routine to rid approach anxiety, the method involved making your anxiety into energy and making it float out of your head or something? I can't remember exactly, but I know it worked! If anyone could help me find it, I'd be very grateful!
