I have watched a few dozen youtube videos with top gurus offering instruction but am curious if there are any MPUAs out there who want to offer up a quick list (top 3?) of game related videos on youtube that a newbie should watch.

so far, my top three (sorry, for some reason I cannot figure out how to add links):

Richard LaRuina The Formula for Night Game (1:20:31)
Sinn from "The Game" (1:45:44)
Sinn The secrets of natural attraction (1:12:03)

the top two are posted by Under21convention07 and the last one by carlosPUA100

start a field report journal, and go out and talk to 30+ women in one day,

let them know what you want, figure out if they are up for that too, find out a good 5 things about them that make them interesting to you, and move things forward (set up a date and get the number)

^ this will be 100x more valueable to you getting better at this, then any video on youtube

I agree with pumpington. I've been on this forum for half a year, reading stuff, watching video's and nothing worked. Until I started a journal, went in approaching and finally getting results. Listen to pumpington's advice, it helped me at least.
