It's Vic (SNG). It's a solid video (especially the SPA model) and I recommend watching it but I also recommend watching this one. Far and away the best compliment video I've ever watched.

Also important to remember the WHY is the most important part of a compliment.

Looks can be complimented if there is an initial attraction but for all the guys who don't have a good feel for the attraction process or gauging situations I recommend avoiding it. If you are a very confident man you can approach with direct looks compliments but you better be good looking as well to give you that initial attraction.
