He was already pissed because he coulnt live a private life anymore due to his shows popularity. Then, he supposedly jst walked off the set due to some guy, who Dave percieved as racist, laughing at something because of it blatant racisim, rather than its comedic value (I believe it was the "Racial Pixies" sketch). This hasnt been confirmed by Dave as the reason, but thats what people on the set say happened.
