Thats brilliant!!!!!!
On a serious note, they should have more stuff like this in kids cartoons nowadays, this is the "TV generation" kids are learning their morals and values more from television than they are from their parents or schools. Obviously targetting it at say 8 year olds and up wouldn't do much but target all ages under that, when they are in the grooming years and I believe it would bring down crime in the future.
