I am new to these boards. I've been recently dumped by a girl who I concidered, and still do, to be the love of my life.

I'm going to be honest with you... my ultimate goal is to eventually get the one who dumped me back. Now for that to happen I feel I have to change something about myself either way. So I am quite interested in if and how the techniques on picking up girls can be applied on a former girlfriend who dumped you.

Now, if I don't manage to win her back I do not want to be this person who sits at home and cry all day over love lost. I want to get (back) out there and meet and date new women.

I am absolutely not good in picking up girls. I landed the one I had on sheer luck. I have A LOT to learn.
